Delivery & Pickup Info
Sausage Production Process
Meat Selection and Preparation
We source premium-quality meat from Nova Scotia farmers, process it, and select the best cuts for sausage making. The meat is then carefully weighed to ensure accurate portions for each batch.
Sausage Filling
Spices are precisely measured and mixed into the meat, which is double-ground to achieve a smooth, uniform texture with no cartilage.
Shaping and Packaging
The sausage mix is placed into natural or collagen casings and formed to the desired size. Smoked sausages are smoked after shaping, then cooled in the refrigerator, vacuum-sealed, and delivered fresh to your door.
