Bacon Jam Recipe – Sweet & Savoury Spread from Farm Store

  • 1 lb smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add brown sugar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Let cool slightly, then blend if desired for a smoother texture.
