Raw Product — Must Be Cooked Thoroughly Before Consumption

Cooking Instructions:
• Grill: 12–15 min over medium heat, turning occasionally, to internal temp of 160°F (71°C)
• Pan-fry: 12–15 min on medium-low with oil, turning frequently, to 160°F (71°C)
• Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 min, to 160°F (71°C)
• Optional (Simmer/Other): Simmer 10 min, then sear or grill to 160°F (71°C)
